    SERVICE FEES AND CHARGES

    MINIMUM CHARGE FOR SERVICE CALL NORMAL HOURS (MON – FRI, 8am-5pm) IS $230 EX GST WHICH INCLUDES CALL OUT FEE + 1 HOUR ONSITE LABOUR

    1. The standard Call Out Fee is $115 + gst
    2. NORMAL HOURS labour rate is $115 + gst per hour
    3. Labour OUTSIDE THESE HOURS is charged at $145 + gst per hour (Minimum 4 hours)
    4. Equipment and labour exceeding the minimum service charge will be billed in 1 hour increments
    5. If your system is under warranty, this covers hardware only. Labour is not covered under ADACS warranty policy and therefore will be charged accordingly.
    ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORISATION
    I hereby authorise the service costs as specified on this application including the necessary materials to complete the requested works. I agree that ADACS Systems Pty Ltd is not responsibility for any delay or losses caused due to the unavailability of parts or delays in shipment by the supplier. I understand that ADACS Systems Pty Ltd will take due care with all equipment including software and data, yet accepts no responsibility for its loss or data corruption.
